I was only parked for a few minutes, or I was on my way to pay

A vehicle must be registered from the moment it is parked. There is no free period before payment is due at Whistlers Marketplace or at any of our lots, and "I was just about to pay" is not grounds for appeal.

The practical advice: start the session before you leave the car. The app takes under a minute and can be done from the driver's seat. If you are using a pay station, go there first and shop second.

If you did pay before the notice was issued and have a receipt showing it, see article 5 and appeal with the receipt. If you paid after the notice was issued, the later payment does not cancel the notice.
