Registering an owner, tenant, contractor or visitor vehicle
Glacier Lodge, The Marquise and Aspens on Blackcomb are permit properties. Every vehicle parked there must be registered by licence plate before it parks, and there is no grace period. The patrol recognises the vehicle by its plate, so there is no hang-tag to display.
How to register differs by property. Some properties have a self-registration portal for owners and their guests; at others the front desk or the management office registers vehicles. Ask your building's front desk or management office how it is done at your property. They register owner, tenant, contractor and visitor vehicles, and they know which permits apply to your unit.
What a registration needs, every time. The plate exactly as printed, the province, the unit number, and the start and end dates. Register before the vehicle parks; a notice issued before the registration was received stands. A different vehicle, including a rental or a courtesy car, needs its own registration.
Short-term guests do not have free parking. Guests pay for their stay at the pay station in the lobby, available at all three properties, or by the app.
Public parking at Glacier Lodge (zone 44573) is separate from the permit area, pays by the app or the kiosk, and has a 6-foot height limit. A permit does not cover the public area and a public session does not cover the permit area.
